Refocus and Reflective Retreats run from 10am to 4pm.

 

Refocus retreats have a theme and there are normally two sessions of teaching and sharing. There are also two Reflective Quiet sessions. 

Reflective material is linked to the theme of the Retreat and is provided.

Reflective Retreats  are Quiet Days and some are shaped around the Northumbria Community Daily Prayers. Reflective material is also provided.

Drinks are provided at both types of retreats but not food. Most attenders bring a packed lunch.

The venue for all the above live retreats is St. Dubricius Church, Whitchurch, Herefordshire.
